The organizer of these events is the Central Jersey Real Estate Institute. CJREI is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. Part of the mission for CJREI is to educate consumers and propagate the benefits of Home Ownership.

Cecelia is a consistent Top Producer and 45 year resident of Central Jersey. Tom Greco
A former owner of the Hillsboro pharmacy and a realtor for 12 years. His success comes from dedication to hard work and persistence. Jennifer L. Fleischer
Jennifer L. Fleischer joined her family’s law firm, Fleischer & Fleischer in 2007 after graduating from New York Law School. Fleischer & Fleischer was started in 1948 by her grandfather Paul Fleischer, who was also a local judge. Jennifer specializes in Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Family Law, Municipal and Business Law. Jennifer has an undergraduate degree in Biology & Public Health from Rutgers University. Fleischer & Fleischer is located in Somerville, NJ.
Ernest A. Renda
Ernest specializes in the area of real estate, including commercial and residential closings, construction law, landlord-tenant, foreclosures and land use, as well as estate planning, business formation and transnational matters. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1980. He received his Title Producer’s license from the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance in 1993. He has extensive experience with both residential and complex commercial transactions, and has attended hundreds of closings during the course of his career.

During his career in the Real Estate vertical he has closed over 10,000 Real Estate transactions with volume totaling Billions and Billions.
